3. What documents do I need to upload to register?

The documents you upload will depend on the work your business does for Zinfra and Jemena.

5. Who do I contact if I have questions about the system?

You can contact Avetta, who manages the system on behalf of Zinfra and Jemena. Visit Contact Us for details.

6. How do I get a WAS eCard?

eCards will be sent via SMS to the mobile number entered against your worker’s profile during registration.

Your worker will be prompted to save the eCard to the mobile wallet application on their phone.

If you have entered a generic mobile number, the owner of that number will need to forward the SMS onto the worker.

If a worker does not have a mobile phone number against their profile, an eCard cannot be issued.

7. I’ve received a text message from an international +44 number about a WAS eCard. Is this legitimate?

Yes. Our eCards are distributed by a global texting service and could come from a number of different international area codes.
